EVA glue tanks: Maintenance Tips

Like all machines, the glue pot is subject to wear. In the long run, this can lead to sudden breakdowns and consequently, lengthy downtime. To prevent this from happening, we suggest following these simple steps:

1) Carefully clean the glue roller of residues at the end of each work shift.
2) Remove the burnt glue inside the tank once a month.
3) Grease the glue roller rotation gear once a month.
4) Replace the heating elements of the glue pot once a year.

One last piece of advice is to always keep a replacement glue pot to hand.
