Glue Tank Cleaning
Our glue tank and premelter cleaning service removes any worn-out or soiled glue, to keep the glue application units and melters always in excellent conditions, while monitoring the component status and preventing production stops.
During the cleaning operations, the following activities are carried out:

If the glue tank is particularly deteriorated, we can perform structural repairs and apply two Teflon coating layers, which protect from wear and prevent the glue from adhering to the tank internal walls.
In order to ensure a dedicated after-sales support service, all glue tanks and melters are marked with Ferwood ID plates and included in our IT system, to have an updated intervention history. Thanks to this, we can track the “history” of your technology to assist you all the time.
