Painting lines

To apply paint or varnish to chairs, doors, profiles or other type of wooden item, there are systems consisting of used wood coating machinery.

The production capacity that leads to the choice of coating line and the resulting process for the machining (one or more passages) is the main factor in choosing the wood coating system. But it is not the sole factor to consider: the speed of the line requested, the size of the dryers, number of UV lamps (element that conditions the choice in terms of automation degree) and the technological level of the machinery are all elements to consider when choosing machines of this type. A great deal depends on the flexibility required in terms of batch changeovers, which are simpler when it comes to short cycles and easier colour changes.
