Scenario
Viana turned to Ferwood to renovate its machine park in order to improve the quality and speed of its production while benefiting from an efficient after-sales service. Convinced by Ferwood's offer of completely redesigned second-hand machines, Viana's managers immediately found solutions that met their expectations.
Ferwood's Solution
Their choice fell on a Holzma HPL 300 panel saw with automatic loading, a Brandt edgebander with PU gluing and hot air in order to have the best edge finishing solutions, a Homag Cnc for edgebanding and a Weeke BHX 500 Cnc for flexible drilling. All the machines were overhauled, delivered and installed by Ferwood within very short deadlines, which enabled Viana to win contracts and increase its turnover. The new machine park is coherent and can be directly controlled by the design office, an essential point to meet the challenge of today's tailor-made layout.
