Angular beam panel saws comprise two or more cutting axes to perform automatic longitudinal and cross-cuts in sequence, and are equipped with an automatic (platform) loading system.
This system is equipped with a semi-finished material transport and positioning system on panel saws or beam mills. Angular beam panel saws are designed for medium and large industries, and for the production of windows, doors and furniture in particular; they are often integrated with loading/unloading automation. Generally, they are used in high-production context to manufacture large batches in one or more daily shifts. Currently, production batches are decreasing, and many production departments are organized for “just-in-time” work, even in the cutting department.
