This type of loading is particularly well suited to processing huge quantities of the same type of panel. It permits uncompromisingly fast feeding into the machine and simultaneous removal of several panels in a package with high precision. 

The addition of a lifting table to a front-loading beam saw for semi-automatic pack loading significantly increases production. Huge bundles of panels will be fed into the lifting table of a beam saw using roller tables or a forklift truck. The table will lift these panels up until it reaches the specified position, allowing the exact quantity of panels to be pushed off the lifting table by the programmable stop and onto the saw to be cut to size.
