Ferwood offer you the choice of machine condition to suit both your budget and your timescales.
Customized
The customized sales mode (“Ferwood Customized”) represents our most flexible proposal, designed to adapt each machine to the customer’s specific needs.
The rebuilt machine follows a tailor-made process: from design to the replacement of all mechanical and electronic parts with next-generation components, including the creation of new operating groups and the development of dedicated software, up to installation and final testing.
With this mode, we guarantee machines built to measure for you, ready to perform at their best.
Reconditioned and Guaranteed
The “Reconditioned and Guaranteed” machine condition with the “Ferwood Approved” certificate is our flagship. The machine is brought back to the condition it was when new and offered with a warranty. A reconditioned machine includes a 10-Step process that follows the machines for the entire chain, from design to installation, checks, updates and testing. In Ferwood’s showroom, there are always reconditioned machines displayed and ready to ship for a fast delivery.

Checked and Tested
The “Checked and Tested” sales condition. For supplying a machine in this condition, we ensure the operational condition of the woodworking machines by performing a customised functional check-up for each machine type. Machines will be available from our extensive stock in Ferwood’s warehouse, within our subsidiary warehouse or still be running at our supplier’s premises.

As Is
The “As Is” sales condition. Machines are offered and sold exactly in their current condition without checking or testing. As no engineering intervention is required, machines sold “As Is” are immediately available for despatch from our storage warehouses or at our suppliers’ premises. Installation and operator training services are not available for machines sold As Is.
