Combination Squaring and Edgebanding Production Lines

Squaring/edgebanding lines integrated with automatic loading/unloading ensure high production standards to apply panel edges to a wide range of products, such as furniture, doors, walls, and ceiling panels.

These automated edgebanding systems are design to apply different types of edges (thin, ABS, veneer and wood). Machines can be configured with different gluing systems, EVA or Polyurethane glue, hot air or laser gluing technology. There’s a wide range of automated squaring/edgebanding production lines on the market: from half lines to complete lines for high production levels on medium/large batches, up to more flexible solutions for medium productivity and small batches, up to one batch. The lines may include both double and single-sided edgebanding machines, which are integrated with automated loading/unloading, automatic panel return, and edged piece storage. They are managed by a single software and they often work without the operator’s intervention.
