Double End Tenoners

Double End Tenoners have two main uses. They can be used to trim panels to precise size and squareness or alternatively profile the edges of the workpiece for example for Tongue and Groove profiles or Click Profiles for flooring.

They can be single machines and manually fed and stacked or placed in a line with a second machine and automated panel handling. Used Double End Tenoners are widely used in floor panel machining and can run at up to 200m/min on multi shift.
