Door pressing lines

This category includes pressing lines as used for wooden doors, which are integrated with automatic loading and stacking machines to ensure high levels of productivity and flexibility.

The lines are characterised by the use of wood pressing machines which are used in the facing and veneering processes and to make rough wood or chipboard into a top-quality product by applying a fine layer of prestigious wood to the exterior. Pressing lines are used to manufacture different types of interior doors, from plain or moulded, fireproof, flamepoof, or armoured, which are combined with different types of core, ranging from honeycomb in card to other materials, such as solid panel, perforated board, or foam board. From simple lines with brushes, gluer, manual assembly machine, lift platform, automatic press insertion and unloading, to additional features: automatic continuous feeder, automatic assembly machine, frame assembly station, after-press cooling devices and automatic stacking levers.
